    e-Sword Home e-Sword is a very popular Bible software program that competes with theWord. It has been around for a number of years. It was what I used for several years prior to discovering theWord. You can try both and see which you like the best, both are very good. NKJV will cost you $14.99, which is slightly more with e-Sword than it does with theWord, but many free translations are also available.

    I just completed a project of combining all four gospel accounts into one body of text. This represents a total combination, arranged both chronologically and with topical headings. If you ever wanted to read, study, or just have a helpful tool like this, then I sincerely hope that you find this useful and enjoyable.

    This work is attached as a PDF file, and there's further explanations on this overall work in the Appendix at the end of the document.

    theWord Bible Software theWord Bible software is a competitor to e-Sword. Both are free, but theWord offers more functionality and offers the Apostolic Bible Polyglot - English only text of Greek - English Interlinear. I find this extremely useful. There are several other free tools available for download. NKJV will cost you $12.95, which is slightly less expensive than the same translation via e-Sword.
