ZERO TOLERANCE WEBSITE RULES!

Our rules are fairly simple and straight forward and will be strictly enforced.

• Please follow all rules and guidelines that may be posted in other areas of the site. Again... all rules will be strictly enforced.
• Our mission at The Church of Christ Website is to provide members of the church and others interested in Christianity, a place to learn the truth about the Bible, while also offering an interactive site containing a wealth of information and resources.
• This is a donation free site. We do not accept donations of any kind for any reason, nor do we allow anyone to solicit donations, contributions or support, from this site.
• No advertising of any kind. This is an advertising free site. Users may request best prices found on Bibles and Christian material as well as users may post links to sites that offer the same. However, links to sites that offer inappropriate material, regardless of what appropriate materials are offered, will be deleted and the user warned.
• Please be polite, courteous and respectful of other users. Personal attacks of any nature are strictly prohibited. This site is no place for negativity of any kind. We are here to discuss the truth of the Bible and to glorify our almighty and wonderful God in heaven. Let's make friends and have fun while doing so... and be different than the typical religious sites.
• Answers to all Scriptural/Biblical questions that are posted in the forums are to be answered by qualified individuals only and by those who are members of the Lord's church. If we see an answer that we believe is in disagreement to the Bible, we reserve the right to edit and/or delete the post without notice to the original poster.
• Obviously with this being a God and Bible centered Christian site, the forum section is available to discuss topics related to God, His Word and Christianity. Please stay on topic with respect to the various forums. Please also stay on topic with the thread title to which you are replying. Please do not hijack or steal someone else's thread... start a new thread if your post is not on the topic of the original thread.
• We realize people have different interpretations/understandings of what the Bible says. Therefore we do not mind healthy debating as long as solid scriptural support is provided. The ultimate goal is for all of us to come to the same conclusion, be of like mind and speak the same things, which is the truth. We at The Church of Christ Website will never agree that there is more than one truth... therefore we will do our best to conclude a conversation or debate with the Scriptural truth and with the Bible being the final authority... not man's opinion. There is always a way that is right and cannot be wrong. If you plan on hanging around, have an open mind to the truth and understand that the truth will always prevail.
  We will do well to remember what the apostle Paul wrote: "Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment." (1 Corinthians 1:10)
• We will not tolerate liberalism on this site. We speak the truth and only the truth. As our brother Frank Chesser wrote,

  It takes a massive amount of arrogance to array one's self against truth, but such is the spirit of liberalism.
• There will be absolutely no vulgar or obscene language, no cursing, not even mild profanity is allowed. Euphemisms and acronyms for profane language is to be avoided... we will be squeaky clean! We may edit or delete words as we deem appropriate. There is to be no swearing, HOLLERING, spamming, slamming, trolling, arguing, bashing, trashing, rudeness, flaming, name calling, fighting, punching, kicking, pinching, and absolutely no sexual innuendo and no sexually oriented content. This applies to all areas of the site including user names and titles. These are all strictly prohibited and adherence will be strictly enforced. There are absolutely no exceptions! We reserve the right to edit or delete any information we believe may be inappropriate for this site.
• Links to other religious websites are allowed, provided they speak the truth. We reserve the right to delete any links we feel are not appropriate. Please make sure your link is clean and in no way would lead anyone to anything that would be remotely questionable or offensive. We DO NOT allow linking to sites that include or allow false teaching... this would include many religious websites and nearly all other religious forums and message boards on the Internet, save a very few. No links are allowed in your signature without permission from the site administrators.
• Please do not cross posts (duplicate posts) between two or more site areas. If you are uncertain about where information should be placed, ask us, we will try to help you decide.
• Please be cautious about providing copyrighted material and be sure to give credit where it is due.
